Collection And Delivery Service

Westland Autos offers a collection and delivery service free of charge within a 5 mile radius, to both the customers place of work or home address at times that suit you. Alternatively we offer loan vehicles, while your car is with us for servicing.

MOT

Once a vehicle is 3 years old it is a legal requirement that it has an annual MOT test to ensure it meets safety and environmental standards. An MOT needs to be carried out by the expiry date on the last certificate and Westland Autos are able to perform a pre-MOT check, carry out any work required and arrange for an MOT test. As part of our on-going commitment to our customers we will then keep you informed of your next MOT due date.

Servicing

It is important to have your vehicle regularly serviced according to manufacturer recommendations as this helps prolong the life of your vehicle, eliminate unwanted faults and break downs. A service history adds to the value of your car when you decide to sell it. At Westland Autos we offer main dealer servicing but not at main dealer prices. Once your vehicle has been serviced with us we will keep you informed of your next service due date.

A full service includes:

• A copy of your service schedule

• Full oil change (to recommended SAE)

• Replacement of oil, pollen and air filters (if required)

• Replacement spark plugs (if required)

• Check of all lights

• All levels checked and replenished

• Full brake inspection

• Brake fluid change (if required)

• Check of all tyre pressures and tread depth

• Full safety check and road test.

Vehicle Diagnostics And Auto Electrical Repairs

Diagnostics plays an important role in modern car repairs and by connecting diagnostics equipment to your car's on-board computers the information stored can be accessed such as systems checks, fault codes, component functionality and testing. Our workshop includes a range of diagnostic equipment allowing us to offer a full diagnostic investigation and fault finding service enabling us to track down the root of any problem and solve it comprehensively. Vehicle Key Re-Programming

A visit to a main dealer for key re-programming can be inconvenient, costly and is not always necessary. Although some vehicles will require main dealer access codes, keys from most manufacturers can be re-programmed with our equipment.

Westland Autos have access to a wide range of tyres in various makes and speed ratings and can supply and fit tyres on-site as well as carrying out wheel alignment and balancing.

Along with a high level of service and specialised products supplied by Autoglym (the benchmark in car care products) our trained certified staff offer a professional alternative to the roadside car washers.
