Clutch slave cylinder seals failed creating a list of transmission fault codes. Gearbox removal for a visual the only way forward to confirm the issue.
Clutch slave cylinder hydraulic fluid contamination
Flywheel had seen some heat changes this too required replacement
Slave/release bearing seals that have seen better days
Torquing new clutch cover bolts
